Chaiwale & Co. is looking for friendly hardworking and hospitality-focused Baristas to join our team in Redlands CA!
Were looking for people who genuinely enjoy working with customers love coffee and chai and take pride in creating a welcoming experience for every guest.
Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude
Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
Prepare coffee espresso drinks chai teas and other beverages
Prepare and handle food according to food safety guidelines
Provide excellent customer service and create a positive guest experience
Operate the POS system and handle cash/card transactions
Keep the café counters beverage stations and dining areas clean and organized
Wash dishes and assist with general cleaning as needed
Restock cups ingredients supplies and other items
Follow recipes preparation standards and food safety procedures
Work efficiently and calmly during busy periods
Work as part of a team and assist coworkers when needed
Help with opening and closing duties
Perform other café duties as needed
Friendly outgoing and welcoming
Passionate about hospitality and customer service
Reliable and punctual

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Able to multitask and stay organized
Detail-oriented and takes pride in their work
Comfortable handling food and beverages

Flexible with their availability
A genuine love of chai coffee and café culture is a big plus ! We want team members who are excited about our products and enjoy sharing that enthusiasm with our customers. Previous experience making espresso coffee chai or specialty beverages is a plus but w ere willing to train the right person.
Because this position involves food and beverage service a valid Food Handler Card is required or you must be willing to obtain one.

Previous coffee shop restaurant café or hospitality experience is a plus but not required . We are willing to train the right person.
