Compensation: $150K - $200K, plus a 25% bonussalary: $150,000 - $200,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 4 PMeducation: BachelorsResponsibilitiesServe as executive advisor to ownership, driving annual budgeting, cash-flow forecasting, risk mitigation & growth strategy across seven operating entities.Oversee multi-entity month-end closes, balance sheet reconciliations, consolidated financial statements, tax filings & annual audits.Maintain precise job-cost accounting, revenue recognition, work-in-progress (WIP) reporting, and intercompany transactions.Direct capital availability, banking relationships, credit facilities &vendor payment practices while maintaining lender covenant compliance.Standardize workflows, data integrity, and internal controls across all business units.Oversee insurance renewals, workers' compensation claims, bonding partnerships & third-party legal, audit & tax advisors.Mentor, delegate to, and manage an accounting and administrative team of 5 professionals to build scalable departmental processes.
