Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns for product launches, promotions, cart recovery, and customer re-engagement.
• Create highly personalized and automated email sequences using AI-driven segmentation.
• Optimize subject lines, CTAs, and content to increase open rates, CTRs, and conversions.
• Implement A/B testing to improve email performance across different audience segments.
• Manage email flows like Welcome Series, Abandoned Cart, Post-Purchase, Upsell, and Customer Retention campaigns.

List Management & Segmentation

• Build and manage targeted email lists to drive high engagement and customer lifetime value (CLV).
• Use advanced segmentation and behavioral targeting to personalize campaigns.
• Ensure email lists are clean, engaged, and GDPR-compliant.

Automation & Optimization

• Set up behavior-triggered email automation through Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or HubSpot.
• Optimize transactional emails for better customer experience and revenue generation.
• Utilize AI-powered analytics to predict best send times, customer preferences, and purchase behavior.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Monitor email KPIs like open rate, CTR, bounce rate, and revenue per email.
• Generate reports on campaign performance, insights, and improvements.
• Stay updated with the latest email marketing trends, compliance laws, and industry best practices.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in email marketing for eCommerce brands or digital agencies.
• Hands-on expertise with Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or other ESPs.
• Strong knowledge of customer segmentation, automation, and lead nurturing.
• Experience with A/B testing, AI-driven personalization, and behavioral email strategies.
• Familiarity with SMS marketing, push notifications, and omnichannel marketing integration.
• Understanding of compliance regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, TCPA, etc.).
• Ability to craft compelling email copy that drives action and conversions.
