Ready to build an environmental career that goes beyond your degree? Join our team to get hands-on with sampling and inspections, work directly with plant departments, and grow into broader compliance responsibilities.
\n \nJob Summary
\nJoin us as an Environmental Engineer in the Corpus Christi metropolitan area and build your experience where operations happen. Working fully onsite at our facility in Sinton, Texas, you'll collect samples, carry out inspections, prepare waste-handling documentation, and connect with plant departments to help keep environmental requirements on track.
\n \nOur experienced environmental engineers will be your teammates as you develop practical knowledge of air, water, and waste activities. You'll start with field inspections and compliance support, then take on more reporting responsibilities as your knowledge and experience develop.
\n \nWhat You'll Do
\n• Perform air testing, visual inspections, and wetland inspections to help the team complete required environmental checks.
\n• Collect environmental samples and gather field information that supports the team's compliance activities and reporting.
\n• Verify hazardous waste labeling and complete field paperwork associated with waste handling and disposal.
\n• Check in with plant departments, communicate environmental concerns, and follow through with the appropriate teams when issues need attention.
\n• Work alongside experienced environmental engineers across air and water activities, building the knowledge to take on additional compliance and reporting responsibilities over time.
\n \nWhat You'll Bring
\n• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering or a related field is required; equivalent experience does not replace the degree requirement.
\n• At least one year of relevant environmental experience, with two to three years preferred.
\n• Willingness to perform hands-on plant work, including inspections, sampling, and environmental compliance support.
\n• Strong communication skills and the confidence to speak up, work directly with other departments, and follow through on outstanding issues.
\n• Experience with environmental inspections, sampling, air testing, hazardous waste labeling, or disposal documentation is a plus.
\n• Plant experience and some exposure to compliance reporting are preferred, along with a willingness to learn and take on broader responsibilities.
\n \nBuild your next chapter with an annual base salary of $60,000-$65,000, a performance-based bonus opportunity with a 20% target paid quarterly, and relocation assistance. Bring your curiosity, communication skills, and willingness to get involved in the work. Apply today and grow your environmental career with us.
