Qualifications: 2+ years of professional design experience centered on production work, asset execution, or brand communications. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) with experience navigating multiple brand systems simultaneously. Proven track record of executing production assets independently while accepting strategic direction on complex assignments. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field, plus proximity to the Toledo/Detroit/Cleveland region for occasional collaboration.
