Qualifications: Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience: Previous healthcare experience preferred License/Certification: Current BCLS Certification is required. Must successfully complete Crisis Management Course within first 90 days of employment and annually thereafter. Other: Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care/service appropriate to the age of the patients served on the assigned unit/department and reports patient welfare, safety and security to RN.
