Wash Operator

Wash Operator needed in Hudson on 2nd shift pay starting at $16.25/hr with a potential increase of $0.50 every 30 days. The job consists of operating wash/vibratory systems, tracking parts, performing maintenance, managing materials, and monitoring chemicals.

Wash Operator Details:

Temp-to-Hire position
$16.25 / hour
Full Time work available
Second Shift ( Monday through Friday from 03:00pm to 11:00pm )

$16.25 to start
$16.75 at 30 days
$17.25 at 60 days
$17.75 at 90 days
$0.50 pay increase every 30 days based on performance and attendance.

Operate and maintain wash and vibratory machines
Move parts through washing, drying, and packing
Tag and track in-process inventory
Perform basic maintenance and keep area clean
Manage storage of parts and materials
Complete logs, reports, and barcode entries
Monitor supplies and report shortages
Assist with setup and testing of new parts
Transfer finished parts to next step or storage
Maintain proper chemical levels

Wash Operator Qualifications:

Mechanical or industrial experience required
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma or GED required.
Slip-resistant shoes required.
Ability to lift up to 40lbs regularly and 80lbs occasionally.
Ability to stand for extended periods of time and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.

Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
